We offer detailed inventories, check-in and check-out reports, mid tenancy and empty property inspections in the SO post code areas using the Inventory Hive platform. Our Inventory and Check-Out reports include 360-degree images and accurate descriptions of properties, rooms, outbuildings and fixtures & fittings.

All of our Inventory Clerks and Property Inspectors have 15+ years experience in the private rented sector and are NRLA Accredited Landlords

Inventory Reports

Our inventory reports provide comprehensive details of the condition and contents of a property at the start of a tenancy, protecting both landlords and tenants. We include:

  • 360 degree photos

  • Specification, condition and cleanliness of décor, fixtures & fittings

  • Meter readings where applicable, with photos

  • Paperless, digital signing by tenant

  • Documents such as EICR, How to Rent Guide and Gas Safety Certificate can also be served to, and signed for electronically by, the tenant

Check-out Reports

Check-out reports detail property condition at tenancy end, resolving disputes on damages or missing items, aiding conflict resolution. This is particularly powerful when used in comparison with one of our Check-in Inventories.

These inspections serve as a means to assess the condition of the property during the tenancy period. By conducting these regular check-ups, we aim to identify any potential issues or maintenance requirements before they become larger issues, ensuring that repairs are addressed promptly and efficiently.
